What is the cancellation policy at Swan Paradise Tolo? add remove
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the deposit is fully refundable (possible bank charges are at the guest's expense).
In case of cancellation from 30 days up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival, a charge of 50% of the total value of the reservation is foreseen (possible bank charges are at the guest's expense).
In case of cancellation from 14 days up to the scheduled arrival, a charge of 100% of the total booking value is foreseen.

Check-in time between 15:00 - 21:00.
Check-out time until 11:00.
Entry to the property is by e-card, you will be notified with instructions sent to your mobile phone prior to your arrival at Swan Paradise Tolo.

The nearest beach is 40 meters from the accommodation.
Each apartment, depending on its type, can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. Additional guests are only allowed if they are children up to 2 years old and no extra bed is required, and after informing the management.
Common areas are cleaned daily, while room refreshing and linen changes take place every 3 nights for stays exceeding 5 nights. Daily room housekeeping is not provided.
The documents required are the passport for foreign visitors and the identity card for Greeks.
All children are welcome.
Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge.
Children aged 4 to 6 stay free of charge when sharing their parents' bed. If an extra bed is required, adult rates apply.
Children 7 years and older are considered adults and are charged the standard rate.
